In this artwork, I learned about the color theory and painting a portrait. I focused on an art style that left the brush strokes visible rather than blending them in fully.
I tried to keep my style close to Tai-Shan Schierenberg which includes the characteristic brush strokes.
We can see that his brush strokes are strong and colours are warm and vibrant. Brush strokes shows us that he probably used a flat brush.
